Our lay leaders are the bridge between the pastor and the congregation. They keep their fingers on the spiritual pulse of the congregation. They are also involved on different teams or in a ministry which they choose. The lay leaders also participate in Baptisms, in welcoming new members, coordinating the bringing of Holy Communion to our at-home folks and praying with the pastor before worship.
Committee on Lay Leadership
The Committee on Lay Leadership is responsible for ensuring that the congregation has the lay leadership necessary to fulfill it's mission and ministries.
