3. Additional Items
Rev. Michele encouraged members to sign up for the upcoming
study. There is a possibility of trying rotating child care for the day

so if you miss one you could attend the other.
The Dream Team will be meeting February 4th at 7pm to
work on arranging studies, ministries, workshops for the upcoming year.
These may be for our congregation and some may be opened to the
community.
Rev. Michele is still waiting for a few annual reports. Once they
are in, it will be printed and posted on the website.
The Men’s Group wanted to thank everyone who came out in the snow
to the breakfast. It went well and was a good starting point.
They would
like to try it again and again open it to members of the community.

additional $60,000.00 to pay down the mortgage principal.

the rear stairway will be completed once the warmer weather is here.
Cintas has been chosen as the company that will test and monitor
our fire systems. Preliminary contract has been signed.
Vision and
Mission:
1. Pregnancy and
Infant Loss Support Group- Tina Beauchaine
Tina shared with us that she is feeling called to start a group
to help others deal with pregnancy and infant loss. She proposed that
the group would meet once a month on the first Saturday from
10-11:30(time negotiable) . She would like to use the Activities Room.
This would
be open to the community and initially she would not require any
resources. As the group develops she will make further plans. Her goal
is to start in April.
A motion was made and accepted to provide the space for this
support group.
Motion to
adjourn was made and accepted at 7:56pm.
